What We DoWe welcome participation from leaders who are already practicing our leadership style, those who are in the process of changing, and those who want to make changes but are mired in frustration. We support the development of personal leadership beliefs which promote the growing of a workplace culture that insures the creation and maintaining of an effective, competitive, productive and healthy workplace. The development of leadership beliefs is carried out with the leadership of the CEO. In most organizations/companies there are numerous positions throughout the company which require leadership thinking and acting so it is important not to leave this all up to the CEO and his/her partners. We provide recognition for leaders from various workplaces who are willing to discuss their successful and less successful practices in print, and on the Web. We emphasize the need for all companies and organizations to have a saleable quality product or service, adequate financial support, a superior accounting system, a successful marketing strategy, and a Human Resources Staff who not only hires new staff, but supports all staff in the implementation of their jobs which is achieved through needed training and an effective job performance system.
