What We DoWe welcome participation from leaders who are already practicing our leadership style, those who are in the process of changing, and those who want to make changes but are mired in frustration. We support the development of personal leadership beliefs which promote the growing of a workplace culture that insures the creation and maintaining of an effective, competitive, productive and healthy workplace. We provide recognition for leaders from various workplaces who are willing to discuss their successful and less successful practices at meetings, in print, and on the Web. We emphasize the need for all companies and organizations to have a saleable quality product or service, adequate financial support, a superior accounting system, a successful marketing strategy, and a Human Resources Staff with a global view and expertise to collaborate and support the implementation of those leadership practices described on the Home Page.
